We are carried out in accordance with the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015).
Trans Road Intl HB & Transbil Väst Standard Terms and Conditions
All services are rendered according to the Trans Road Intl HB & Transbil Väst Standard Terms and Conditions and the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders – NSAB2015. In case of contradictions between the Trans Road Intl HB & Transbil Väst Standard Terms and Conditions and Alltrans 2007, /NSAB2015, the NSAB2015 /Alltrans 2007 shall prevail. Your legal position is materially altered due to Trans Road Intl HB & Transbil Väst’s limited liability in case of loss of, damage to or delay of your cargo. Trans Road Intl HB & Transbil Väst will furthermore obtain the right of lien over your cargo and all claims against Trans Road Intl HB & Transbil Väst are time-barred after 1 year. Orders undertaken as carrier of overseas carriage are subject to conditions stipulated in the Trans Road Intl HB & Transbil Väst Ocean Transport Bill of Lading/Sea Waybill. Your legal position is materially altered due to DSV’s limited liability in case of loss of, damage to or delay of your cargo.
